There’s no need to pay for any special pickup or trash service – if you have the means to transport your tree, the township will recycle it for you here:

The drop-off site is immediately south of the township fire station where 168th Ave and Ferris Street meet, and is easily accessible via U.S. 31 or by taking Lakeshore Ave to Ferris St and heading east until just after crossing U.S. 31.
