Homeowners Association

The HOA has several tasks, outlined in Article VI of the Bylaws, including:

• maintain common spaces in the neighborhood, like our entries
• hande claims on behalf of the neighborhood
• asses fees from neighbors
• maintain and enforce the neighborhood Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws

Since the neighborhood has very few common amenities, each member has very little financial responsibility.
